Grateful to Boss Jachael Lim - Jsn Agency for giving us the opportunity to participate in the Penang Team Building. This activity not only allowed us to enjoy pleasant moments with colleagues but also imparted valuable lessons on teamwork.
During this team-building event, we engaged in various games, teaching us an important principle: adherence to rules. Similar to a team, following rules is crucial for coordination and collaboration. 💪 Only when everyone follows the same rules can we achieve common goals. Additionally, we learned how to find solutions in the face of challenges. This taught us to stay calm, collaborate, and think creatively to overcome difficulties and achieve success. 💪
Moreover, we gathered early to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival! We played with lanterns, enjoyed mooncakes, participated in activities like riddle-solving, experiencing traditional cultural customs that strengthened our team cohesion. The Mid-Autumn Festival celebration not only enriched our cultural knowledge but also enhanced the friendship and trust among us.
Furthermore, we celebrated the birthdays of those born in September. 🎂 We shared cake, laughter, and heartfelt moments together.
Last but not least, we indulged in the delights of eating, drinking, and playing. Everyone tried Penang's delicacies such as laksa, cendol, and explored nearby attractions. 🫶
